The Millennium Time Capsule
One important feature in the creation of Denton's Millennium Wood was the production and burial within it of a stainless steel Time Capsule.
A lot of thought went into deciding the contents. It is hoped that when the capsule is opened, perhaps in another hundred, or even a thousand, year's time, the Denton residents of the day find them interesting.
